SERVICE & WARRANTY
REEF RADIANCE SERVICE AND WARRANTY All Seneye Aquarium Monitoring products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe you have a defective Seneye product, email all relevant details to service@reefradiance.com. If we believe you have a problem covered under warranty, we will issue you a Return Material Authorization number. Buyer is responsible for return freight. Upon receipt of your unit, we will determine if it is defective, and if it is, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. We will then ship it back to you at no charge. If you have a Seneye product that is out of warranty, or damaged and not covered by warranty, contact us as above and we will let you know if we believe it is best to try to repair it or replace it and what the costs would be. If you decide you would like to return your Seneye device for a refund ( accessories not returnable ) you can return it up to 14 days from date of purchase. It must be returned in the new, unopened box that it came in and we charge a 20% percent restocking fee. If your return meets all the above conditions, we will return your money within 7 days of receipt of the product at our office. Buyer to pay return freight.
