We are sorry you are having a problem with a product purchased from us. As hobbyists, we know what it is like when stuff breaks and we really hate to wait – so we will do everything we can to get your item fixed as fast as we can. If you would take a moment and fill out the information below – this will help us get you your item fixed and your system back up and running as fast as possible. We ask that you make a short video showing us your item as it malfunctions – this really helps us determine exactly what needs to be done.
In some cases – we might ask you if you feel comfortable doing simple repairs at home if we think this is the best and fastest way to get it done. This saves on freight and is the quickest way to get your item repaired. Sometimes we need you to ship it to us as we have determined it is something that we need to fix in our shop.
We will make this decision once you fill out this form and send us a short video. A short video can usually be done on any smart phone and emailed to us at email@example.com or uploaded to the box in the bottom right corner of this page. Once this form is filled out and we have your video – we will review what you send us and get back to you with what we believe is the best and fastest way to get your item working again. Generally we will respond to Service Request Forms within 72 hours - not including holidays and weekends- but sometimes we get busy and it takes a little longer. Please note - calling us after filling out this Service Request Form will not provide faster service and may actually slow down the time it takes to process our customer's orders. Getting your stuff fixed and your aquarium back to 100% is a team effort and we appreciate you helping us help you!
